Poor Hubband! Hope he's feeling better soon. I fell off a ladder a couple of years ago while chasing my iguana over the back fence. I put it on wobbly landscaping in my rush to reach the fence before he disappeared and crunch, the ladder collapsed and I went backwards falling on my back. Broke my little toe (I was barefoot when it happened) and needed some stitches on it, but considered myself lucky cause, well - it could have been worse!

I've never had a welcoming from a new neighbor like that before. That is really nice! Once, as we were moving in, a neighbor came over to give us a flyer on a neighborhood watch meeting that week due to the recent crimes in the area. That was quite a welcoming! I got your card, thank you!
