Hah... it sounds like we're having about the same sort of overly-goaled day... my "To Do" list is also miles long as I attempt to fix everything that is out of whack in my miserable life in one fell swoop today. I guess Ben n' Jerry's must be the breakfast of choice for the overly ambitious, I'm fixing to tear into a pint of Apple Crumble as soon as I'm finished here :) (this weekend has been my last big hurrah before getting serious about the diet and exercise again.) Anyway, it's nice to see you back and updating. Have a great, productive day today!

Hi! I got your message (my guestbook), thanks, I felt SO guilty about not writing, and I wanted to write, but I've been dealing with a lot of RAW emotion lately, which when transfered to paper then becomes true, and well, I just was waiting till I was ready, I'm back on track as of This morning, going on hour 3, I'm gonna work out tonight too!!! I am going to eat right today, aside from that White Chocolate dipped Oreo I had this morning (only 1 though, last night it was 5!!!), any ways, just thought I'd let you know I was SO Scared when I couldn't get to your site, but calmed down once you sent the email. That is kinda why I started writing again. Cause I hate it when others leave with no explanation, and here I go and do exactly that, I mean a whole month, AWOL! I have former co-workers who still read my diary. I take it as a compliment that they're still so darn fascinated with me! Of course they never leave me notes or otherwise keep in touch.
